The protection of your personal data and private information is valuable to us. For this reason, we show all the necessary effort and care to process and preserve the personal data of the persons associated with Hayalgücü 360 İletişim Ajansı (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
As the Data Controller, the Agency takes the necessary administrative and technical measures to protect your personal data in all transactions related to your personal data, and processes your personal data in accordance with the KVKK, under the conditions explained below and within the limits stipulated in the legislation.
For this reason, we would like to inform you about your rights regarding the use and protection of your personal data within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK").
a. Data Controller
As Hayalgücü 360 Communication Agency, we hereby inform you that we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation.
b. Purposes for which Personal Data will be Processed
Your personal data,

· Conducting the application processes of employee/intern candidates,

· Carrying out communication activities,

· To inform you about our service information,
· To introduce you to our corporate structure and policy,
· Our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the services offered by the agency,
· Measuring and increasing customer satisfaction,
· Collecting and evaluating complaints and suggestions, if any, regarding agency services,
· Recommending the services offered by the Agency to you; planning and/or conducting market research activities for the sales and marketing of products and services, and will be processed within the legal grounds specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK, namely “ c) The processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract” , and “ f) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person” .
c. To Whom and For What Purposes Can Processed Personal Data Be Transferred?
Your personal data processed by our agency will be transferred to our group companies for the purposes of evaluating job applications and planning our human resources processes, with your explicit consent, in accordance with Article 5 (1) of the KVKK, for the purposes specified in the information text. If necessary or requested, your personal data may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations in order to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation, without the explicit consent of the relevant person in accordance with Article 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK.
d. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is obtained electronically by automatic or non-automatic means, based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK, in order to fulfill the purposes specified in paragraph (b) of this text:
• The relevant person fills out the contact form, sends an e-mail, contacts via phone call, or visits the website.
• Send us your job application along with the job application form via our website.
• Sending us your job application via social platforms.
e. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have rights as a data owner and you can make your requests regarding these rights by filling in all the information specified in the Data Subject Application Form, in accordance with Article 11 and Article 13, paragraph 1 of the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.

f. Storage Period of Personal Data
The Agency deletes, destroys, annihilates or anonymizes personal data when the purpose of processing personal data is no longer available or when the mandatory storage periods determined under the Laws and other relevant legislation expire.
g. Changes and Updates
This disclosure text has been prepared within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation. Necessary changes may be made to the relevant disclosure text in line with the changes that will occur in the relevant legal legislation and/or agency personal data processing purposes and policies.
